At Sunbeam Vintage, we want you to love your home; however, if a piece doesn't fit your space, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on most furniture and decor items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return process.

  Condition Verification

  Ensure the item is in its original, pristine condition; vintage items must show no additional wear beyond the character marks noted at the time of purchase.

• 3.
  Arrange Transportation

  Drop off the item at our showroom or schedule a professional pickup service; please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs apply.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the return, we will issue a digital store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
